IT Technical Lead
Description
We’re looking for IT Technical Lead to lead our development team and responsible for the quality of the technical deliverables and improving our YPB Connect platform.
Responsibilities
- Drives and manages full cycle, end-to-end development from initial design to implementation.
- Analyze existing application functionalities’ performance and feedback while research competitors and market needs.
- Guide and work with development team in designing, developing, and delivering the optimal solutions for the clients.
- Provide code review, technical guidance, partially lead technical designs.
- A leader and mentor for other developers.
- Knowledgeable and well-informed on new technologies and how they affect business requirements.
- Responsible for leading a development team, and responsible for the quality of its technical deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information System or related fields.
- Experience in NodeJs and NoSQL Databases is a must.
- Experience in API Restful Service
- Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript in general
- Knowledgeable in developing with serverless frameworks.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Development with proven record of technical strength, management, and mentorship experience.
- A highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills and proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems.
- A person with a growth mindset, someone who embrace challenges, adapt well to changes, proactive, a problem solver, learn from experiences and always yearn to develop.
- A team player who communicates and collaborates well with others.
- Experience in Payment Application development and business is an advantage.
- Skills: JavaScript in general, Nodejs, Web Application Development, API Restful Services, HTML, CSS
